Fitness for Moms, Fun for Kids
 
MOMMY Rocks is a fitness class that allows moms to workout with the added comfort of having their kids with them! Finally, a class where toddlers and preschoolers can have fun and play while mom works out! During class kids get to play with balls, hula hoops, tunnels, other kids and more!
 
MOMMY Rocks will give moms the opportunity to meet other moms and establish exercise as a healthy way of living. 
Classes are appropriate and geared towards any fitness level. 
 
 MOMMY Rocks is the perfect fit for new moms or moms of multiples!!!

We can add a day if there is a group interested in doing a day not listed.  Some weeks through the fall and winter these days/times may change (holidays, school vacations,etc) so please email to get on the email list.

MOMMY Rocks is led by an exercise Physiologist with extensive experience in personal training and fitness programming.  Participants are asked to be cleared by a doctor before starting this exercise program.  The recommended age of the baby is 6 weeks and older.
Classes are instructed by Jessica Columbus and Kelly Houle.


Meet the Instructor:
 Jessica Columbus
Jessica is an Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience in personal training and fitness programming.  She is also certified as a Group Exercise Instructor by the American Fitness and Aerobic Association.  She enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels and develops functional training programs that include all components of health and fitness, proper nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, strength training and stress management.  Jessica is a busy mother of two children and enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her family.
